Ajay Parmar is a seasoned international business development professional with over 35 years of experience across multiple industry verticals globally. He brings deep expertise in global public relations strategies, international trade, franchise consultancy, new business development, and global sales and marketing, with a strong track record of building and scaling businesses across markets.
Ajay has held senior leadership positions across diverse sectors. He previously served as Vice President – Global Sales & Marketing at Center of Gravity Engineering Solutions Inc., where he was responsible for the company's global business launch. Prior to this, he held leadership roles including Director – International Trade and Vice President – International Trade at Sunclare India Pvt. Ltd., an Oberoi family enterprise.
He was also Executive Vice President at Franchise Asia, a US–India joint venture and one of the earliest franchise consultancy platforms in India, where he played a key role in introducing structured franchise advisory services to the Indian market. In addition, Ajay served as Executive Vice President at Wackenhut Lancers Ltd., contributing to the development of corporate security services and solutions in India.
Ajay's international exposure spans India, the Middle East, Mauritius, New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. He has worked across sectors including engineering, security services, oil & gas, and technology.
Currently, Ajay is associated with Pro One, USA, a manufacturer of advanced lubricant solutions serving the global oil & gas industry. Since 2020, he has also been serving as International Marketing Advisor to Bio Soilz, a Dubai-based soil remediation company with operations in over 50 countries. He is also engaged as a strategic advisor to JoopiterX, a San Francisco-based AI startup focused on transforming the travel, hospitality, and events management sectors.
Ajay holds a Master's degree in International Politics and is also a qualified corporate lawyer, bringing a unique combination of legal, strategic, and commercial insight to advisory engagements.
